Simple Pan Fried - Chicken Breast

Super easy and delicious pan fried - Chicken Breast

Ingredients

For Marination

• 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
•  1 chopped Spring onion
• 1 teaspoon grounded black Pepper
• 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• Oregano 
• chilli flakes

 For Coating

• 2 Egg

• 3 tablespoon cornflour

For fry

• Butter
• Barbecue sauce

Directions

1. Pound the chicken breasts with a rolling pin, to tenderize the meat and ensure uniform thickness.
2. Sprinkle salt ,pepper, oregano, chilli flakes , spring onion and ginger garlic paste on both sides of the chicken and let sit for 15 minutes or so.
   
3. Beat the egg in a bowl. Dredge the chicken breasts in the corn flour , shake off excess, then dip in egg, and again in flour. Set breasts aside to rest for 10 minutes. 
   
4. Heat a Pan over med-high heat, and add butter.
5. When pan is sufficiently heated, sear chicken breasts over high heat.
   
6. Allow about 10 minutes (until lightly browned) before turning to other side add barbecue sauce.
   
7. Taadaa its ready to serve.Serve it with some basil leaf and mashed potatoes
8. Optional: Before serving, sprinkle grated cheese on chicken and broil for approx 5-10 mins (until cheese is melted).
9. Serving suggestions: Serve this over pasta, or as chicken sandwich with fresh tomatoes, lettuce ,basil leaf and mustard/mayo.
10. Personally I love this with toasted bread with scrambled egg.

Benefits and Uses of Aloe vera Gel..

Aloe vera is widely known for its beauty benefits. It works wonder for skin and hair and is often the key ingredient in many beauty products. Moisturising the skin and repairing damaged hair is one of the numerous benefits of aloe vera. Here are 10 ways that can help you enjoy the natural benefits of aloe vera gel for getting beautiful skin and hair.
I use my favorite Patanjali Aloe Vera Gel. You can use natural or any brand Aloe vera Gel. 

Highlights:  Aloe Vera is a miracle plant known for several health benefits.  It has antiviral and antibacterial properties.  Aloe Vera can be used in the winter as well as summer

 
1.As Moisturiser 

Aloe vera gel has healing and hydrating properties and is ideal to provide the dry skin with the much needed moisturisation. Use aloe vera gel directly on your skin and dry patches and it will instantly provide a burst of hydration.

2.As Face Primer
 Aloe vera gel is the cheapest primer available in the market. Apply aloevera gel as face primer and follow it with your foundation. it creates perfect base for foundation.

3.Pimple healer
 It helps to dry out the pimples.

• Take 1/2 teaspoon aloe vera gel 
• add 2 pinch of turmeric powder in it
• mix it very well and with clean fingers apply this mixture over the pimple.
• leave it overnight and in the morning wash your face with gentle cleanser. 

4.As Night Cream
Apply aloe vera gel as cream and massage lightly with hand. Let it work over night and you can see result next morning.

5.To lighten blemishes
Aloe vera has anti-bacterial, anti- inflammatory, astringent and antiseptic properties. These, along with the high moisture content, make it effective in reducing scars and blemishes. Use aloe vera gel mixed with lemon juice on scar marks and brown spots on the skin and watch the marks fade gradually.

6.As shaving gel
The aloe vera gel can be a natural substitute for shaving creams or gels. It is gentle on the skin and will give a smooth shave while also moisturising the skin. The antiseptic properties also make it great for nicks and cuts while shaving.

7.Hair moisturiser
Aloe vera can be a moisturising agent not only for the skin but also for the hair. It is gentle on hair and also easy to wash off. If your hair feels dry and rough, aloe vera will come to the rescue. Grab your aloe vera gel and smooth it over the hair strands to cover well. Let it sit for 30 mins or overnight and wash off to reveal soft hair.

8. For hairfall
Aloe vera is a great scalp conditioner and leaves the hair smooth and moisturised. Aloe vera gel when applied on the scalp will make it moist from within. Well hydrated roots make the hair more elastic causing less breakage.

• mix 2 tablespoon aloe vera with coconut oil and apply the mixture to your hair.
• leave the mixture for 2 hours and wash your hair with your choice of shampoo followed with conditioner.

9.As Hair Serum
 To make your own DIY aloe vera hair serum.

•  mix a bit of aloe vera to water and store the mixture in spray bottle for ease to use.
• after hair wash spray this mixture.

10. In face packs
A handy way to boost  face packs/masks is adding aloe vera gel into the mix. While  trying some DIY face masks, add half a teaspoon of aloe vera gel into it for that extra dose of moisturisation. It is suitable for all skin types and will not interfere with the results.

Easy Veg Bread Poha - Recipe

Today's Post is all about Veg Bread Poha recipe - ''Healthy and light breakfast''.

⧫⧫Poha is loved all over the country and often enjoyed as a breakfast⧫⧫ 

Bread 🍞Poha using bread edges...

A traditional tempering and veggies like onions, tomatoes and spring onions transform the bread edges into a sumptuous Veg Bread Poha, which is enhanced further by the addition of pinch of Garam Masala ,salt ,Turmeric and chilli 🌶 powder.

 Ingredients of Poha

• 1 Bowl Bread Cubes( i have used leftover bread edges)
• 1 Tbsp oil
•  Pinch of Asafoetida(hing)
• 1 tsp mustard seeds
• 1 onions-chopped fine
• 8-10 curry leaves
• 2-3 whole red Chillies
• 1-2 Tomatoes - chopped fine 
• 1-2 Spring Onions 
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
• 2 tsp salt or to taste
• Pinch of Garam Masala
• 1 tsp green chillies-finely chopped or to taste
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp chopped coriander leaves

How to Make  Bread Poha

1Heat the oil and add the Asafoetida(hing) , mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions and the whole red chillies.

2.When onions are light brown, add tomatoes, and turn around till they look a bit glossy.

3.Add the turmeric and sauté over low heat till the tomatoes are cooked through.

4.Increase the heat, add salt , pinch of Garam Masala and diced bread edges and mix well. Saute till mixed and heated through.

5.Shut off the heat, and mix in the green chillies, lemon juice , and half of the coriander.

6.Transfer on to a serving dish, garnish with the spring onions and coriander and tadaa quick easy bread poha is ready to  serve.

 

 

Indeed, this breakfast is something that both kids and adults will love, and it is also convenient and easy to make, with simple everyday ingredients. So, when you come home hungry and find nothing but bread and veggies in your fridge, you know what to make!
