It's about 5:30 in the evening , you are hungry and there is good four to five hours for your dinner.
What to do ....??

A cup of chai and some snacks come to rescue. Mention evening chai and your mind can't help and revolve around samosa , kachoris, pakodas, wada pav. You already know how damaging they can be to your body, weight loss goals, blood sugar and cholesterol levels.

However , that doesn't mean you have no option for your evening tea time snacks left.I don't long without eating.I never starve myself;  I garb healthy snacks.

Substituting fried and greasy snacks with healthy ones may work.
